Initial assessment

An online meeting or at your company, whichever you prefer. By the end you know exactly where you stand — and what we would do in your position. It costs nothing.

What it is

We look at how the company actually works — which programs you use, where information gets retyped by hand, how invoices go out, where time gets lost — and tell you whether the Odoo ERP makes sense for you and which modules you would need.

An online meeting or at your company — you choose. On site you see things nobody tells you over the phone: the spreadsheet three people edit at once, the notebook where site hours get written down, the invoice typed by hand because the software will not do that particular thing. Online works perfectly well too, and it books for next week instead of next month — if it turns out we need to come, we come.

How long it takes

It depends, and it depends a lot. What drives it is not headcount — it is how many different workflows exist and how many exceptions your version of "normal" contains. A company with one workflow and everything in the cloud goes quickly; site work, a warehouse and a till at the same time takes considerably longer, and sometimes does not fit in one sitting. We tell you how long we think we need when we book it — and if we need to come back, we come back.

What it costs

Nothing. Not "free if you go ahead", not a voucher, and no invoice at the end if you decide to do nothing.

It works this way deliberately. A real assessment takes as long as it takes and produces a document that is useful even if you go with someone else — that is work, not a sales call. And it means nobody here has any incentive to tell you that you need an ERP when you do not.

And before that there are two even quicker steps: the Odoo demo opened for your sector, and the 30-minute call. Plenty of people settle the question right there and never need this assessment — which is fine too.

What you get at the end

  1. Where time or information is being lost, in order of what it costs you.
  2. Whether the ERP fits, which modules, and in what order we would bring them up.
  3. Optional: whether the project qualifies for an SME Package, where the State pays 70%. If you want to go that way, we handle the dossier.
